Digital Products

• Due to the nature of digital content, digital products (including the Smart Morocco Guide) are generally non-refundable once access has been provided, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund Request

• Once your request is received, our team will review it and provide further instructions where applicable.
• For physical returns, items must be sent back only after receiving confirmation and instructions from our support team.

Return Costs

• Return shipping costs for physical products are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or error on our part.
• We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery of returned items.

Refunds

• Once a returned physical product is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• For approved cases involving digital products, refunds or corrective access will be handled according to the specific situation and legal requirements.
