To support transparency and customer confidence, certain products are covered by a limited warranty as outlined below.

1. Warranty Coverage

This limited warranty applies only to defects or issues present at the time of delivery, depending on the nature of the product.

A) Digital Products & Content (Smart Morocco Guide and related tools)
Coverage includes:

  • Technical access issues preventing proper use upon delivery
  • Major content errors that prevent normal consultation of the material
  • File corruption or incomplete delivery at first access

This warranty does not cover:

  • Subjective dissatisfaction with content style or interpretation
  • Changes in personal travel plans or expectations
  • Misunderstanding of information after correct delivery
  • External factors (regulation changes, third-party services, local conditions)

B) Physical Cultural Products
Coverage includes:

  • Manufacturing defects present upon arrival
  • Material or construction issues affecting normal use
  • Damage caused during production before shipment

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper handling
  • Variations inherent to artisanal or design-based products
  • Damage caused by third parties after delivery

2. Warranty Period

  • Digital products: Issues must be reported within 14 days of access or delivery.
  • Physical products: Covered by a 30-day limited warranty starting from the date of delivery.

3. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To request a warranty review, please contact our support team with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Supporting evidence where applicable (screenshots for digital access issues, photos or videos for physical items)

Our team will review all claims within 1–3 business days.

4. Resolution Options

If a claim is validated, one of the following solutions may be offered, depending on the product and issue:

  • Restoration or correction of access (digital products)
  • Replacement of the physical item (if available)
  • Store credit equal to the product’s value
  • Refund, when appropriate and legally required

For limited, unique, or unavailable items, an alternative solution or store credit may be proposed.

5. Exclusions

This warranty does not apply if:

  • The issue results from customer misuse or external factors
  • The product has been altered or damaged after delivery
  • The claim is based solely on personal preference
  • The product or content was accessed, shared, or used in violation of our terms
  • The purchase was made through unauthorized third parties

6. Shipping Costs

If a warranty claim for a physical product is approved, replacement shipping within Spain is covered by Morocco Travel Lab. International shipping may be subject to review depending on the case.

7. Legal Rights

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights under applicable Spanish and EU consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes those rights.
