Digital Products Delivery

  • Digital products, including the Smart Morocco Guide, are delivered electronically.
  • Access is typically provided immediately or within a short delay after successful payment.
  • No shipping fees apply to digital products.

Physical Products – Processing Time

  • Physical cultural products are prepared within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday), depending on the product type.
  • Some items may require additional preparation time, which will be indicated on the product page.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your physical order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
  • You can track your shipment through our website or directly on the courier’s tracking page.

Some international orders may include:

  1. International Tracking Number – Tracks the shipment across borders.
  2. Local Courier Tracking Number – Activated once the package reaches the destination country.

If local courier details are not immediately visible, this is normal and usually updates after customs clearance.
